The Pink Lily Boutique

The Pink Lily Boutique

This past week I made my first purchase with the Pink Lily Boutique.  I discovered this boutique through ads on Facebook since some of my friends had liked what they were posting.  I always kept the boutique in mind and signed up for their emails and texts so I would occastionally receive coupons.

The Pink Lily Boutique name was inspired by the CEO’s mother, Kathy, who had recently overcame breast cancer when the business was created in 2014.

My favorite trend for this fall is the Olive Green Utility Vest.  I had been on the hunt online for a few weeks, but everywhere was already sold out.  Charolotte Russe had a style similar to what I was looking for on sale, but it ended up being a little too big–so I was back to searching online.  After receiving an email I found the “Nights at the Cabin” Utility vest for $36.00.  Originally when I looked it was sold out, but to my luck that same day had just got a shipment in. (plus I’d rather support a smaller business!)

The vest is lightweight and great quality.  It features the ability to zip, pockets on the size, and a drawstring to help tighten at the core.  It paired great with my 3/4 sleeve top from Target’s “A New Day” Collection and Refresh Oxford Heels.

An impulse buy when looking through Pink Lily’s collection was the “Nights in the Sahara” Poncho.  The poncho is a light-weight knit material that can easily be dressed up or down, and makes the perfect night-out outfit paired with faux-leather leggings.  I purchased mine from Five Below for only $5.00!

My favorite feature of this poncho compared to others I had seen online is the buttons along the right side, and that it fits more like a sweater instead of just draping over your arms.  At a price of $36.00, I found it to be very comparable to other stores with a similar style.

Since I ordered last Friday, I received a free koozie and a portion of the sales went to the Pink Fund, which gives financial assistance to breast cancer patients.

Turnaround time: I placed my order Friday morning, and within a few hours it had already shipped! By Monday the package was in my arms, ready to be worn.

Overall Review and Value: 5/5

Go check out the Pink Lily Boutique–for a limited time there is 20% monogrammed items and graphic tees.
